INVESTÄ is presented here as a product concept and simulated demo operated for illustration only. It is not a licensed bank, broker-dealer, asset manager, or payment institution. No securities, deposits, or client money are held.
- No live market access. Prices, performance chips, charts, and “returns” are illustrative seeds — not exchange marks or audited performance.
- Capital markets risk. Real African equity and IPO investing involves FX, liquidity, political, settlement, and issuer risks that can lead to loss of capital.
- Partner dependency. Live execution, custody, and payouts will require licensed brokers and payment partners per corridor. Stub partner names are not engagements.
- Regulatory uncertainty. Services will only launch where legally permitted. Cross-border “from anywhere” access is a product goal, not a current offering.
- Technology & demo data. Demo ledgers can be reset; do not rely on demo balances for any financial decision.
Target go-live corridors under evaluation: South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe — always through appropriately regulated local partners. Geographic eligibility will be enforced when live services launch.
