INVESTÄ is presented here as a product concept and simulated demo operated for illustration only. It is not a licensed bank, broker-dealer, asset manager, or payment institution. No securities, deposits, or client money are held.
1. Nature of the service
INVESTÄ on this site is a simulated investment experience and product concept. Demo balances, orders, fees, IPOs, broker names, licenses, and market data are illustrative. No real trades, deposits, withdrawals, or client assets are executed or held.
2. Not advice
Nothing on INVESTÄ is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Due Diligence Matrices and “AI generated insights” are educational product demos — not recommendations.
3. Accounts
Registration creates a user account for the demo — not a regulated investment account. Guest sessions are temporary. Email verification is not KYC.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the demo to misrepresent INVESTÄ as a live brokerage, to solicit investments, or to collect real personal documents beyond what the demo forms request for simulation.
5. Jurisdiction
Target go-live corridors under evaluation: South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe — always through appropriately regulated local partners. Geographic eligibility will be enforced when live services launch.
This is an early product concept and simulated investment experience. Real investment services will only become available where legally permitted and through appropriately regulated partners.
